Stop worrying about your website and the systems that run your business.

I build them, I support them, and I'm the one you call when something needs to change. No account manager, no ticket queue, no waiting a week for a small edit.

Who you are working with

I take a few projects at a time, on purpose.

I know what it is like when the website, or the system upgrade you actually need, is the thing that keeps getting pushed to next month. I have a business to run too.

Taking on fewer projects is how the work stays good. It means I have time to understand your business before I build anything, and time to get it right instead of shipping something generic and moving on.

When you hire me, I am the one who plans it, builds it, and answers the phone six months later when you need something changed. There is nobody to hand you off to, which is the entire point.

Tell me what you need.

A few questions so I can give you a straight answer on what it takes and what it costs. Takes about a minute, and you will hear back within one business day.

Not sure what you need yet? Say so in the form. Half my conversations start that way.

Or email me directly at todd@smallbizdesign.co

No obligation. I answer every one personally.
Got it. Thank you. Your request is in my inbox and I will get back to you within one business day. If it is urgent, email me directly at todd@smallbizdesign.co.
